Bernice Ann Shrum

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — Mrs. Bernice Ann Shrum, 76, passed away on Oct. 31, 2011, in Bowling Green, Ky. She spent her last days at home with hospice care for cancer and her loving family by her side.

Mrs. Milton was born April 25, 1935, in Morris, Ill., the daughter of Jeanette and Theodore Milton.

Bernice is survived by her husband, Cleveland Shrum of Bowling Green, Ky.; her children, Susie (Gary) Hill of Yorba Linda, Calif., Thomas (Bunny) Osmonson of Coal City, Ill., Marianne Bellettini of Forest Falls, Calif., Kenneth (Gina) Osmonson of Griffith, Ind., Richard (Karen) Osmonson of Wilmington, Ill., and Joseph McCrary of Bowling Green, Ky.; 18 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her first husband, Thomas Osmonson; and her second husband, Joseph McCrary.

A memorial service for Mrs. Shrum will be held at noon Saturday, May 12, 2012, in Evergreen Cemetery in Morris, Ill. Bernice will be laid to rest with her late husband Thomas Osmonson. Her family invites family and friends to join them in ceremony as they lay her to rest.
