A March 23 Morris Police Department charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle was dismissed against Nicholas R. Defisher, 30, of Channahon.

• Antonio Toto, 22, 404 E. North Street, pleaded guilty to Feb. 24 Morris Police Department charges of driving without a license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was sentenced to 12 months of court supervision and $405 in fines. A third charge of squealing/screeching tires was dismissed.

• David J. Stacy, 32, 1798 Eagle Drive, pleaded guilty to a March 19 Grundy County Sheriff’s Office charge of driving 15-20 miles per hour over the speed limit, for driving 72 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour zone. He was sentenced to 90 days of court supervision and a $195 fine.

A March 30 Grundy County Sheriff’s Office charge of driving an uninsured motor vehicle was dismissed against Jamie Adcock, 37, of Diamond.

• Jason C. Smith, 15, of Carbon Hill, pleaded guilty to a Feb. 22 Grundy County Sheriff’s Office charge of violating curfew. He was fined $50.

• Zachary J. Davis, 19, of Minooka, pleaded guilty to a Jan. 3 Minooka Police Department charge of driving 15-20 miles per hour over the speed limit for driving 43 miles per hour in a 25 miles per hour zone. He was fined $120.

• Mahmud J. Atra, 18, of Channahon, pleaded guilty to a March 13 Grundy County Sheriff’s Office charge of driving 15-20 miles per hour over the speed limit for driving 50 miles per hour in a 35 miles per hour zone. He was sentenced to 90 days of court supervision and a $195 fine.

• Theresa M. Connor, 41, of Dwight, pleaded guilty to a March 23 Grundy County Sheriff’s Office charge of driving 15-20 miles per hour over the speed limit. She was sentenced to 90 days of court supervision and a $195 fine.

• Chad E. Stapleton, 36, of 824 E. Washington Street, pleaded guilty to a March 2 Morris Police Department charge of driving 15-20 miles per hour over the speed limit for driving 48 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone. He was sentenced to 90 days of court supervision and fined $195.
