Grundy detectives probing burglaries

Grundy County Sheriff’s Office detectives are investigating two residential burglaries that were reported Tuesday in Morris.

According to Sgt. Jeff Cole, the burglaries reportedly occurred between 11:30 a.m. and 3:20 p.m. in the 10000 block of N. Tabler Road. Cole said unidentified suspects forced entry into the homes, and stole more than $20,000 in jewelry between the two incidents.
