Kolotka, Wilhelmsen both selected for ‘rare’ Merit honor
Two local students have earned national recognition based on their efforts throughout high school and will be awarded scholarships from their chosen colleges for their hard work.
Recent Morris Community High School graduates Paul Kolotka and Blake Wilhelmsen have both been announced as National Merit Scholarship recipients and will receive annual scholarships from the University of Alabama and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for up to four years of their undergraduate study.
