Locking in a donation

GARDNER — Grundy County State’s Attorney John Bates recently donated $1,000 to the Gardner-South Wilmington High School prom lock-in.

“As the Grundy County State’s Attorney, I’m a proud sponsor of all of the area high schools promfests.  GSW is a great high school, and if my office can help keep the kids safe on prom night and away from the dangers of drugs and alcohol, I’m more than happy to provide support,” Bates said.
