Police: Bike stolen from library

Morris police are investigating the theft of a bike from the Morris Area Public Library last week.

At about 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 30, according to the Morris Police Department's news release, the bike's owner was reportedly at the library, located at 604 Liberty St., when he left the bike by the front doors. When he returned, the bike was missing.

The bike was described as a black and green boy's 20-inch BMX-type bike, with chrome wheel pegs.

The incident was reported Friday, according to the police release.
