New vendors among record number at French Market

3 French Hens event returns to CanalPort Park

As the fourth season of the 3 French Hens French Country Markets got under way, a first in market history occurred in May... rain!

The French Hens promise, however, that there will be sunny skies for the market to be held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 9, along the I & M Canal in downtown Morris.

With a record number of vendors surpassing 100 (despite the rain) shoppers last month were pleased to discover many new sellers among old favorites. Once again there will be new additions, including shaved ice, cotton candy, and additional specialty wares.
