Dozen present for May Legion Auxiliary meeting

Group gathers at Seneca Fire Station on May 15

SENECA — Twelve members were present for the May 15 meeting of the Seneca American Legion Auxiliary at the Seneca Fire Station.

Americanism chairman Paula Freepartner, announced the winners of the seventh-grade Americanism essay contest. Eva Bruno received $25 for first place and also won second place at the district level. Abby Huffman received $15 for her second-place win, and Sean Baker received $10 for his third-place win. The winner of the Americanism/Good Citizenship award at Seneca High School was Lindsey Bleifield.
