Grundy County Grand Jury returns indictments

The Grand Jury of the Grundy County Circuit Court met June 6 and came back with the following indictments:

Bailey V. Farmer, 17, was indicted on April 12 charges of burglary, a Class 2 felony. According to the indictment, on four occasions, he knowingly entered buildings in the 8600 block of Mallard Lane with the intention to commit a theft. Detective Todd Horrie of the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department testified.

Ryan Odiorne, 42, was indicted on March 18 charges of unlawful possession of cannabis, a Class 4 felony, and unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a Class 4 felony. The indictment states he allegedly had possession of between 30 and 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis and also a substance containing diazepam. Deputy Sean Wojtczak of the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department testified.
