Driver strikes bicyclist, receives multiple tickets
One person was injured and another cited after a motorist struck a bicyclist Thursday in Morris.
According to the Morris Police Department report, Randall A. Small, 38, of 318 Maple Drive, was stopped in a 1996 Chevy Silverado on Maple Drive at N. Division Street. Small reportedly waited for northbound traffic to clear before making a right turn to travel northbound on Division Street.
