Law enforcement takes part in Torch Run
Flame will be in Bloomington-Normal for games today
MORRIS — Police sirens made the way for a group of joggers and bicyclists journeying across Morris Thursday morning.
The group, made up of Morris Police Department, Illinois State Police and Grundy County Sheriff’s Department personnel, carried an important piece of equipment as they made the nearly-one mile trip down Liberty Street from HealthSmart Fitness Center to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department — a torch.
