Teens arrested after disturbance at carnival
Morris Police arrested two teenagers at the Morris Fireman’s Carnival Tuesday night on charges of obstructing and possession of drugs and alcohol.
According to a department release, at about 8:25 p.m., police responded to the area of the carnival, located at Morris Community High School, 1000 Union Street, to a reported disturbance.
