• Jeffery G. Staublin, 51, of 574 E. Illinois Avenue, pleaded guilty to a May 4 Illinois State Police charge of driving 15-20 miles per hour over the speed limit for driving 74 in a 55 mile per hour zone. He was sentenced to 90 days of court supervision and a $195 fine.

• A May 9 Morris Police Department charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle was dismissed against Carlos B. Gonzalez, 28, of 804 2nd Avenue.

• Kory W. Brown, 43, of 1470 Lantern Lane, pleaded guilty to a May 14 Illinois State Police charge of speeding 15-20 miles per hour over the speed limit for driving 75 in a 55-mile per hour zone. The charge was amended from exceeding the speed limit in a construction zone. He was sentenced to 90 days of court supervision and fined $375.

• A May 3 Illinois State Police charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle was dismissed against Jessica L. Sokolinski, 22, of 116 Meadors Circle.

• Michelle A. Hineman, 62, of Eureka, Calif., was found guilty of a Nov. 19, 2011 charge of unlawful possession of cannabis, a Class 3 felony. She was sentenced to two years in the Illinois Department of Corrections with credit for 200 days. She was also ordered to pay more than $1,000 for fees and costs.

• Tammy J. Chally, 47, of 2880 Conley Road, pleaded guilty to a May 6 Grundy County Sheriff’s Department charge of driving 15-20 miles per hour over the speed limit for driving 75 in a 55-mile per hour zone. She was sentenced to 90 days of court supervision and a $195 fine.

• Scott A. Boudreau, 55, of 3870 N. School Road, pleaded guilty to a May 3 Illinois State Police charge of exceeding the speed limit in a construction zone for driving 72 in a 55-mile per hour zone. He was sentenced to a year of court supervision and fined $375.
