Driver cited in accident that sent four people to hospital
Four people were sent to an area hospital following a two-vehicle crash Sunday on Illinois 47 in Saratoga Township.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department crash report, Daniel R. Christensen, 52, of Channahon, was traveling westbound on Minooka Road in a 2002 Mitsubishi Montero, crossing N. Illinois 47 when it collided with a 2003 Saturn Vue that was traveling southbound on Illinois 47 driven by Josiah Schexnayder, 23, of Custer Park.
