Morris Library to offer Yoga Saturdays
Morris Area Public Library will host beginner yoga classes taught by Billie Jo Stewart, certified yoga instructor from HealthSmart Fitness Center, on three upcoming Saturdays, June 23, July 7 and July 14. Classes will start at 9:30 a.m.
Yoga is about creating balance in the body, developing both strength and flexibility and is done through the performance of poses or postures. Participants will learn the physical benefits of yoga and enjoy a low-impact workout that promises to leave them feeling great.
