Driver in custody in fatal hit-and-run in downtown Bloomington
BLOOMINGTON (MCT) — The driver is in custody in connection with a hit-and-run accident early Sunday morning in downtown Bloomington that has left a woman brain dead, authorities said.
The Bloomington police and fire departments responded to the accident at the corner of Main and Washington Streets about 2 a.m.
