Marseilles center lands in 99th percentile
MARSEILLES — Physicians and staff at the Marseilles Healthcare Center were recently presented a 5 Star Service Excellence banner from Morris Hospital in recognition of their outstanding scores on the patient satisfaction surveys.
So far in 2012, 87 percent of surveyed patients have said their overall quality of care at the Marseilles Healthcare Center was excellent, placing them in the 99th percentile when compared to other physician offices across the nation that use the same patient survey tool.
