Village won’t fulfill FOIA request seeking exchanges with lawyer

Gary Cox, former village trustee and EMT of the now former Gardner Fire Department, filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the village asking for documents that fall under attorney-client privilege, said Village Attorney Scott Belt during Monday’s board meeting.
