As county marks America's birthday, Sandoval celebrates hers
Augusta Sandoval, of Knoxville, Ill., will get to celebrate another birthday at the 108th annual Grundy County Agricultural District Fair.
The day before Independence Day, Tuesday, July 3, Sandoval will turn 17 years old.
"This is my birthday fair," she said.
