Grundy Transit System has grown over 12 years
Four buses are running, two more anticipated
The Grundy Transit System is continuing to grow since it first came into the area 12 years ago.
This system offers to all residents public transportation to areas within and surrounding the county. It presently has four buses running in the area and is expecting two more in the future.
The GTS provides service to many locations within the county. It also runs through Joliet, Ottawa, and Marseilles, including stops at popular destinations like the Louis Joliet Mall, Joliet Union Station, the Illinois Department of Employment Services Office, and the Department of Human Services.
