Seven taken to hospitals after two-vehicle accident
Seven people were taken to area hospitals Sunday after a two-vehicle car crash in Highland Township.
At about 10:15 a.m., according to the Grundy County Sheriff's Department report, deputies were dispatched to the intersection of Kinsman Road and Gardner Road for an accident with injuries.
At the accident scene, the deputy observed a 2004 Buick LeSabre and a Chrysler Pacifica in the south ditch east of the intersection, each facing opposite directions.
