Judge: Prosecutors can't bring bathtub Kathleen Savio drowned in to court
(MCT) — Prosecutors in the Drew Peterson case will not be allowed to bring the bathtub Kathleen Savio was drowned in into the courtroom to be inspected by jurors, a Will County judge ruled this morning.
After prosecutors said they could reinstall the bathtub in Savio’s Bolingbrook home to have jurors visit the scene, Judge Edward Burmila said, depending on the trial testimony regarding Savio’s injuries, he may consider that option.
