Lutz: Oppressive heat 'just plain dangerous'
Hot streak not expected to surpass Grundy's heat record

One hundred and twenty-one Morris Daily Herald readers responded to this question at www.morrisdailyherald.com over the course of about two days. Just about 80 percent said they would be relaxing in the air conditioning.
"It's been crazy hot the last couple of days, and it's going to be crazy hot the next couple of days," said Jim Lutz, director of the Grundy County Emergency Management Agency.
