Grand Jury returns indictments against 11

The Grand Jury of the Grundy County Circuit Court met Monday, July 2 and came back with the following indictments:

• Eric W. Robison, 32, was indicted on two March 20 counts of aggravated driving under the influence, a Class 4 felony. According to the indictment, he reportedly drove a vehicle while there was any amount of a drug, substance or compound, in his body during a period in which his driving privileges were suspended. Patrolman Dustin Seale of Morris Police Department testified.

• Jermel Brown, 35, of Chicago, was indicted on a June 12 charge of driving with a revoked license, a Class 4 felony. The indictment said he had at least five previous violations for this and his license was revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol. Minooka Police Department officer Matthew Juras testified.
