Cops: Joliet teen arrested with laughing gas, Ecstasy and balloons
(MCT) – A Joliet teenager had two tanks of laughing gas and two bags of balloons when police arrested him on Chicago’s Northwest Side on Saturday night, prosecutors said.
The 17-year-old boy, whom the Tribune is not naming because he is under 18 and is not charged with a violent felony, pulled away from police as they tried to arrest him in the Belmont Cragin area and an officer shocked him with a Taser, according to a police report.
