Police investigating theft at Morris bar
Morris police are investigating a theft that took place over the weekend at a Morris bar.
At about 12:45 a.m. Saturday, according to a Morris Police Department release, a theft was reported at Clayton's Tap, in the 100 block of W. Washington Street, either Friday night or early Saturday morning.
Two pairs of sunglasses, a motorcycle key and about $140 in cash were reported as stolen from a purse on the bar.
