Quinn to sign legislative scholarship ban
(MCT) — Gov. Pat Quinn will sign a bill Wednesday to kill the long-abused legislative scholarship program.
The ban comes after decades of headlines about lawmakers giving out the tuition waivers to friends, relatives and campaign contributors.
