Paterno’s knowledge of Sandusky allegations dated back to 1998 probe, Freeh report says
(MCT) — While he knew of the allegations, the report said, Paterno “failed STATE COLLEGE, Pa. — Joe Paterno’s involvement allegedly ran deep in an effort to conceal accusations of child sexual abuse against Jerry Sandusky.
According to Louis Freeh’s investigation of Penn State, Paterno’s knowledge of the allegations against his longtime assistant went back to 1998.
