Q&A: Minooka long jumper Ethan Cane
Ethan Cane has a Twitter account and because of it he's an All-State track athlete.
Late last winter, Cane, then a junior at Minooka Community High School, was really undecided about whether he wanted to go out for the Indians track team or not. Thankfully for MCHS track fans, a friend of his tweeted that he should.
The result was that Cane would go on to finish seventh at the IHSA State Finals in Class 3A in the long jump by reaching a distance of 22-6.25.
