Olewinski steps down for personal reasons
The Grundy County Democratic Central Committee has a new leader.
Former Chairman Mike Olewinski resigned last week citing personal reasons and Vice Chairman Michael Clemmons was appointed as the new chairman.
"I'm excited about the opportunity. I think it's been a smooth transition," said Clemmons, who added that he does not plan to make any immediate changes.
