DUI charges against driver in West Side crash that hurt 4
(MCT) — A motorist suspected of being drunk and high was seriously hurt after causing a three-vehicle wreck on the West Side which left three other people injured, police said.
Further charges are pending for Eduardo Perez, 34, of Commonwealth Drive in Bolingbrook, who has been charged with misdemeanor DUI alcohol and DUI drugs, according to Harrison District police Lt. John Andrews.
