Dolan withdraws board candidacy
Republicans can name replacement to November ballot
Grundy County Board candidate Vernon "Pete" Dolan has withdrawn his name from the November ballot.
According to the Grundy County Clerk's office, Dolan submitted his withdrawal of candidacy on Monday.
"He's asked to be removed from the ballot," confirmed Grundy County Clerk Lana Phillips.
