Leaving home for a vacation can be a wonderful thing. Yet the process of getting ready can be a daunting task, especially when it comes to packing.

What do you take? How much do you take? Could we possibly need this? What about that? The list is seemingly endless.

I always prided myself on being fairly conservative when it comes to packing for vacations. The only time that my family was burdened with lots of luggage was when we took a cruise. But that is a story for another time. And for those of you that have taken a cruise, I’m sure you can relate.
