Second arrest made in theft of alcohol from liquor store
Morris police arrested a second man who allegedly stole from a Morris liquor store in June.
According to a Morris Police Department release, on Wednesday, a sergeant arrested Joshua L. Foster, 24, of Bloomington, Ill., for misdemeanor retail theft while he was in court for another matter.
