Indians have returning players to go with new coach

BOLINGBROOK — For first year Minooka head football coach Paul Forsythe, stepping right into the summer season seemingly could not be any easier.

While the 7-on-7 season probably doesn't benefit a traditional run-oriented team like the Indians too much, Forsythe's crew has been using the summer to make all the standard adjustments at this point and time in his very brief tenure.

The one big upside to the Indians passing game this year is the return of starting quarterback Joe Carnagio and three wide receivers who got significant playing time as juniors with him last year. Carnagio says that the Indians have made great strides since the summer began.
