Mrs. Margaret (Curry) Bednarik, 91, of Morris, passed away peacefully in her home Saturday evening, July 21, 2012, with her loving children at her bedside.

Born Nov. 2, 1920, in Strasburg, Ill., Margaret was the daughter of the late Dr. Paul and Ethel (Boyd) Curry. She was educated in Central Illinois schools and went on to graduate in 1941 from the University of Illinois with a bachelor's degree and then in 1945 with a master's degree.

In 1945, Margaret married Dalton Bednarik, who preceded her in death in 1964.
