DWIGHT, Ill. — Mrs. Paula J. (Johnson) Stinebring, 63, of Dwight, Ill., and formerly of Channahon, Ill., passed away peacefully while surrounded by her family at home Sunday, July 22, 2012.

Born June 2, 1949, to the late Reta (Scaman) and Richard Johnson in Joliet, Ill., where she was raised and educated, Paula graduated with the Class of 1966 from Joliet Central High School.

The beloved wife of 17 years to Jerry Stinebring, she was also the loving mother of Phil (Nancy) Bajt and Deidre (Greg) Carlson, and the dear stepmother of Susan (Fred) Jones and Scott (Ann) Stinebring. Mrs. Stinebring is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as her dear friends, Dee Dee Bajt and Susanne Long from the Dog and Suds days.
