Newark library to host family movie events
NEWARK — Charles B. Phillips Library, Newark will host family movie and popcorn afternoons on Tuesday, Aug. 7 and Tuesday, Aug. 14 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Movies are to be announced.
The library will also host a Girl Scout sampling on Wednesday, Aug. 15 from 4 to 5 p.m. Girls at the Scouts’ Daisy and Brownie levels are invited to join the library as it experiments with the “Color Me Curious” science project.
