Grundy County, Illinois aren’t likely to benefit from Clean Line project

The Illinois Commerce Commission is currently reviewing a petition from Rock Island Clean Line LLC to grant a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity of the Public Utilities Act as a Transmission Public Utility. I will support it if it helps to lower my property taxes
I oppose it because I don't believe it will impact property taxes and I will just pay twice
I'm against any additional taxes
