Mr. Brian D. Riley, 33, of Morris, Ill., passed away peacefully with his family and friends by his side in his home Saturday afternoon, Aug. 4, 2012, after a two-year courageous and long, hard fight against Glioblastoma Multiform Grade 4 Brain Cancer.

Born on Nov. 8, 1978, in Morris, the son of Donald E. and Brenda L. Jones Riley, he received his education in the Morris schools and graduated from Morris Community High School with the Class of 1997.

Brian enjoyed all sports, but his greatest love was playing baseball during his formative years. He was a member of the 1995 MCHS state-champion baseball team and was awarded Best Designated Hitter.
