Morris club meets up with happy campers
A caravan of 12 members of the Morris Lions Club left for Hudson, Ill, near Bloomington on Friday, July 20. Their destination was Camp Lion, a special needs camp for hearing or vision impaired youngsters from all over Illinois.
They took with them a large grill, coolers full of pork burgers, hamburgers and hot dogs, along with watermelons, baked beans, homemade cookies and everything needed to provide a tasty dinner for more than 150 people.
