Newark business reported theft of more than $3,120 in copper wire
Kendall County Sheriff’s Department officials are investigating a copper theft reported Thursday at a Newark business.
According to a sheriff’s department release, at about 8:25 a.m. Thursday morning, employees reported a theft of about $3,120 in copper wire from machinery at Vulcan Materials, located at 10425 Joliet Road.
