Babies take the spotlight at Three Rivers Fest contest
Seven-month-old Kennedi Ludwig, of Channahon, comes from a family of Three Rivers Festival Beautiful Baby Contest winners.
Her mother, Meagan Ludwig, took second place in the Channahon competition when she was a baby and has entered her three daughters in the same contest as their ages allowed.
In 2006, Kennedi's oldest sister, Alexa, won first place. Next in line was Rylee, who in 2008 took second place just like mom.
