Illini have depth at safety position
CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (MCT) — Steve Hull doesn’t plan to make green a permanent part of his football practice wardrobe.
Illinois was cautious with Hull during its week at Camp Rantoul, giving the junior strong safety a green limited-contact jersey to wear Friday as he works his way back from minor surgery on his right shoulder in the spring.
