Sixteen indicted by grand jury
The Grand Jury of the Grundy County Circuit Court met Aug. 1 and came back with the following indictments:
• Timothy B. Yantz Jr., 20, of Joliet, was indicted on a May 12-13 charge of criminal damage to property, a Class 4 felony, and June 30 charges of criminal damage to property, a Class 4 felony and aggravated assault, a Class 4 felony.
