State Rep. Pam Roth (R-Morris) and members of the Illinois General Assembly joined Governor Pat Quinn Tuesday, July 17, 2012, as he signed House Bill 5003 into law at Edward Plainfield, designating Nov. 14t of each year as Diabetes Awareness Day in Illinois.
