Dwight man convicted for role in fatal crash

A Dwight man convicted on a charge of aggravated DUI for his role in a crash that killed a man on Illinois 53 in 2010 has been sentenced to four years of probation.

According to court records, Anthony Condreay, 26, was found guilty of one count of aggravated DUI, a Class 2 felony. On March 15, 2010, Condreay was driving north on Illinois 53, near Smith Road, when his vehicle went off the roadway, through the ditch, and hit a tree. Justin Burger died in the crash from his injuries.
