Without Fowles, the Sky falls
CHICAGO (MCT) — With just 10 games remaining after Tuesday night’s 83-72 home loss to the Connecticut Sun, the Sky remarkably still find themselves in the WNBA’s Eastern Conference playoff chase.
After losing 10 of their last 11 games, the Sky (9-15) still are tied with the New York Liberty for the fourth and final slot for a possible franchise-first playoff appearance, although the Liberty would hold the tie-breaker at this point.
