Woman guilty of five counts of burglary
Chelsee R. Lawless, 20, of Ottawa, was convicted of a March 28 Grundy County Sheriff’s Department charge of five counts of burglary, a Class 2 felony.
She was sentenced to four years of probation, ordered to pay $465 in fees and costs, plus a $20 monthly probation fee and about $120 in restitution. She was also ordered to complete 200 hours of community service and serve 30 days at the Grundy County jail with credit for four days.
