Floating an altered marina plan
Developers return to city with scaled-down version of RiverPlace
It's been a few years since plans for a proposed marina in Morris have been a part of city business, but plans are in the works again.
RiverPlace Morris planners were back before the Planning Commission Wednesday, giving an introduction of their new plans for the proposed marina along Cemetery Road and the Illinois River.
Ronald Schults of Edgewater Resources shared new plans, including fewer residential homes and the addition of a 70-room hotel.
